Effective Monday, August 17, 2015, the Inventors Assistance Center (IAC) will extend its business hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM (ET), to Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 8:00 PM (ET). This extension will provide enhanced support to our customers across the country, particularly those on the west coast and near the four USPTO satellite offices. With the opening of the Silicon Valley Satellite Office in San Jose, CA on October 15, 2015, the extended hours will allow the IAC to further support our Enhanced Patent Quality Initiative pillar of providing excellent customer service.
